Accessibility statement

Our aim

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to use it with a keyboard alone, zoom to 400% without losing content, and use it with a screen reader.

We’ve built it to work on phones, tablets and computers, with text that stays readable over photos, clear focus outlines and buttons that are big enough to tap.

How we tested it

We tested the site in October 2026 with automated accessibility checks, keyboard-only use, and at phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes, including 200% and 400% zoom. We plan to test it with VoiceOver on iPhone, TalkBack on Android and NVDA on Windows, and we’ll update this statement with what we find.

Assistance dogs are always welcome at no extra charge. When you book, you can tell us if you use a wheelchair or would like help finding the car, and we’ll tell you what we can arrange. There’s never a charge for telling us about your needs.
