For drivers and staff
This statement covers recruitment, training, promotion and the way we work every day. We make decisions on skills, experience and the needs of the job, and we assess everyone fairly and consistently.
Where it’s reasonable, we make adjustments so that people with a disability or specific needs can work with us on equal terms. We expect everyone who works with us to follow this statement, and we treat discrimination and harassment as serious matters.
